Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your package at any time.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or gets lost in transit:

• Include your order number and a photo (if damaged)
• We will send a replacement or issue a full refund
